It seems ages ago that we got together with the idea of sharing our customer stories to help others. How were we going to do this? We had to do some preparation and training before we even started. Thought you might be interested to see how we got prepared for sharing your stories!

This was all quite some time ago now! We thought it was awfully scary on the second session when we actually did the filming - and here's a picture of me (Jackie) filming Philip our Company Secretary - we got it right after a few tries!!!! Thankfully Janice makes it less scary for our customers!
A big well done to Janice for making it a good experience for customers to share their lived experience with others - it really does make a difference to hear it from you!
