Lorraine from CARF (Citizens Advice & Rights Fife) is here to ensure that our housing or self directed support clients have access to information to ensure they maximise their income by claiming anything they may be entitled to - ensuring that people can sustain their tenancy and live independently. Lorraine can also assist with completion of forms.
What great work Lorraine does! She has maximised income on many, many occasions for individuals using our service, has worked with people looking at budgeting and debt advice and has averted crisis on more than one occasion.
Lorraine's next visit to the office is mid August but appointments are already filling fast. Usually we have some drop in spots still available so why not give us a call to go on that list if it is something that might help you? Lorraine's appointments are held in the Education Room which is a private room on the premises and her work with individuals is confidential.
