We are delighted to announce Claire Chue Hong as our new SDS Options Advisor.
Our new SDS Options service will assist individuals to explore all options and work out how best to achieve their outcomes - whether funded by SDS or not. In due course we will be recruiting SDS Mentors to tell their stories to help others.
This is all great news as it adds to the housing options already delivered at DPHS(F) - bringing together housing and support to enable independent living.
