From time to time housing providers will contact us to ask if we know of someone who can make best use of an adapted property.  

Sometimes it is difficult for providers to find someone on their waiting list as the potential tenant has probably selected a ground floor property on their application form - although if they were told about a nice home with a stair lift and a downstairs loo for example, they may wish to consider this!
