Customer Stories (over 55s)
For 3 years DPHS(Fife) was funded by Change Fund to run the Housing Mentors 55+ Project which not only provided specialist housing and information advice for individuals but also gathered a small group of mentors to meet with others and share their stories.
In addition some customers agreed to share their stories to help others and we are very grateful for this. There’s nothing like hearing from someone who has done it – whether that was making a move, having an adaptation done, or selling a family home to move to something smaller.
We hope you agree. Although that funding has now ended our other project work for Joint Improvement Team Adapting For Change /Private Sector enables us to continue with housing advise for over 55s and to give valuable feedback on peoples experiences, particularly with adapting their property.
