The Priority Services Register Scotland (PSR) is a service offered by Scotland’s electricity distribution and water networks to inform customers of free support available during a power cut or if local water supplies are interrupted.
You can register for free if you are: - deaf or hard of hearing - have a disability - live with children under five - are blind or partially sighted - have a chronic illness - are over 60 - depend on electricity or water for home or medical care, or - or feel you may need additional support, even for a temporary period of time. Joining the PSR Scotland helps utility companies provide adapted services, adjust communications and make amendments to keep you safe such as providing advance notification of any planned interruptions to electricity or water supplies. For more information about the free help and support that is available in your area and to check if you are eligible, visit the new PSR Scotland website at PSRScotland.com. Our housing team would like to share this news with you https://www.fifetoday.co.uk/.../kirkcaldy-homeless...
